I absolutely love this product. I have purchased so many hair products only to be disappointed. That was not the case with Wow! It is super simple, spray and blow dry and yields amazing results. I have thick, frizzy wavy hair. Looks pretty good after blow dry and straightening - I do add a little oil after straightening

I live in the south and struggle with humidity every summer. My hair is always super frizzy and no matter what product I use I’ve never been able to control it. Until now, I bought this product the other day and applied it to my hair as directed and spent the entire day yesterday out in 95° weather with 75% humidity. It was shocking that my hair never once frizzed out. It looks amazing and a day later I don’t have to wash it just ran a brush through my hair and it looks salon perfect still.What a game changer! I highly recommend and I’m definitely going to stock up on this!

May this never be discontinued!!! This has saved my hair from humidity and saved it from having get an ionic retex (the permanent Japanese straightener that was a gift from God for many years). I had finally grown all of the straightener out of my hair. It took over 5 years. This winter, I had the choice of going curly or straight, but when spring hit with major humidity, it was looking like I might have to make a permanent decision and chemically straighten my hair. I had tried the WOW last year, but didn’t think it worked that great. I decided to try it again and this time follow the directions and use it generously. My hair goes past my shoulders and is pretty thick. So I used about a 1/3 rd of the small travel size bottle. I have a lot of hair so wasn’t meticulous when blow drying; which resulted in somewhat straight fro. I then went over my hair with a flat iron and then added some waves with curling iron to give it some movement and volume. Outside a little mousse around my bangs, this was the only product I applied. The big test came when I wore my hair down and walked about an 1/8 of a mile from the parking to work when the humidity was at 80% outside!! That was like 4 days ago, and my hair is still straight. It didn’t frizz or turn into cotton candy! I remember the first time i straightened my hair with a flat iron and then took a flight to Florida. As soon as the cabin door opened my whole head of hair completely poof into what looked like a gigantic serving of cotton candy!! If you have that kind of hair, the kind of hair that looks like the before picture, you must try it. Totally worth the money for the piece of mind and time it saves me. It holds really well for days. It isn’t greasy, it doesn’t weigh my hair down. I still have volume in my hair. One less thing to stress about. It could get expensive if you wash your hair everyday, but I can go a few days without washing my hair. Even at day four, it still looked fresh (wear a bonnet to sleep). The bottle says that the anti humidity power lasts to the next wash. So I think that means you only need to use it every other shampoo. I haven’t tested that theory. If I do I will report back.

First, let me tell you about my hair and my situation. I have longish, THICK, and coarse hair that frizzes if I even think about humidity. My hair is naturally partly wavy, part curls and unruly. If I sweat even a drop, it FRIZZES. I live in New England so most times of the year, this is manageable. I use leave-in conditioners, straighten my hair regularly, use oils, etc. I had a black-tie event in Florida, in June. I'd be wearing an evening gown. I was stressed about my hair due to the florida heat and humidity. I didn't want to wear it all up, which was the logical solution, because I don't really love the way that looks on me. So, in an attempt that most were scoffing at, I decided to try to prep my hair for at least a half up, half down style. I purchased the COLOR WOW Dream Coat in a small size (to try) and I followed the instructions SO carefully, on the Wednesday before the event. We flew to Florida Thursday. I went to Epcot on Friday, walked around for a few hours, went to the pool at our hotel, and then our event was Saturday. Saturday I sat by the pool for a bit, it was HOT and humid out. This stuff worked! I cannot believe it. Each day I brushed it and added a very small bit of my moroccan hair oil but other than that, nothing. And it HELD! I sent photos to my hairdresser because I was so impressed! I can't recommend enough! Leaves an amazing shine. Although it does not completely keep hair frizz free during extremely humid days, it does help. It is non greasy & mosterizing. It helps protect my hair when using hot irons.

This product is the bomb it definitely works I have bad frizzy hair thxs to humidity 😆 but using this my hair still looks fresh no frizz even after a couple days definitely worth buying.

This stuff is incredible! I have seriously tried every way I know how to tame my frizz… especially in this nasty heat and humidity. This stuff REALLY works. I just bought my second bottle. The smell is light and doesn’t leave any film in your hair. It so impressive!

I have a full head of very thin hair that is a disaster in humid weather.I have tried everything to no avail.I used WOW for the first time today. It is 86* and just as humid. My hair is still as it was before i went out. I am truly amazed. I didn’t think anything would ever work. This really does

I expected more from this product, it's not bad, but I thought it did something special for the hair.

Honestly I am a convert. My hairdresser used this on me a few times and I can honestly say that it’s a standout product.I have straight, thick hair that gets oily and limp easily. I’m also prone to flyaways. I liberally spritz Dream Coat on damp hair, use my normal round metal brush to blow dry in sections, and I get a bouncy blowout that doesn’t get oily or greasy for at least 3 days.

If I could give this product 10 stars, I would!I have naturally frizzy hair if I let it air dry. To keep it smooth, I've always had to blow-dry it with a round metal brush or use rollers. Living with frizz has just become part of my routine.I took this product with me on a beach trip, and I was honestly shocked by the results. I followed the directions exactly, spraying it on sections of my hair as I blow-dried. My hair came out incredibly smooth, soft, and shiny.The real test was spending time at the beach in the ocean humidity. To my surprise, my hair stayed smooth! The tiny baby hairs around my face curled up just a little, but compared to how my hair usually reacts to humidity, the difference was amazing.You do still need to blow-dry your hair because the product is heat-activated, but the extra few minutes are absolutely worth it.I've tried countless anti-frizz products over the years, and most either didn't work or only lasted a short time. I had almost given up hope until this product popped up in my feed. I'm so glad I gave it a chance. This is the first product that has truly controlled my frizz, even at the beach. I will definitely be buying it again!

I used WOW for the first time today, WOW is right. I did read that if you flat iron your hair it will be incredibly shiny. I did not flat iron mine and it is so shiny and soft. The smell to me is a clean smell that is mild after blow drying. My curls look better than they have in a very long time. I will recommend to everyone.

I’ve repurchased this multiple times—it’s hands down my favorite hair product, and I don’t think I’d style my hair without it at this point.I have naturally curly hair that I regularly blow dry and straighten, and this makes a noticeable difference every time I use it. It really helps reduce frizz, even in humidity, and my hair comes out looking much smoother and glossier compared to when I skip it.What I love most is that it actually seems to help my hair straighten more easily while blow drying. I don’t have to go over sections as much with heat tools, and the end result looks sleeker and stays that way longer throughout the day.It’s also lightweight and doesn’t leave buildup or make my hair feel greasy, which is important for me since I try to stretch my washes during the week.Overall: if you deal with frizz or regularly heat-style your hair, this is 100% worth it. It’s the one product I consistently go back to and always keep on hand.

My daughter has 3b-3c curly hair. Her curls form beautiful spirals and are very bouncy. I recently straightened her hair for her after she requested it and her hair didn’t last a day. It was already reverting back to curly the same night and she was so disappointed. I remembered we had this product and used it previously with great success so I convinced her to try again and this time she was over the moon. Her hair was silky smooth and so shiny. I could barely get it to wrap to put it in the bonnet at night for bedtime because of how silky her hair was. I included a video of how shiny the product made her hair. We don’t get these results without color wow. I love that it has heat protectant in it so I don’t have to add any other products to her hair and it stays clean and flows beautifully once we are done. I use a pea sized amount of biosilk serum on her ends to protect them but that’s it. No touch ups, no extra heat throughout the week. It literally looks like a silk press from a salon even though I used a regular straightener. The product is heat activated so you have to heat style. You also must apply it liberally but it doesn’t leave residue or make the hair sticky or greasy like some heat protectants do. I will forever recommend and use this product and the formula as it is now.Update: We have continued to use this product with great success! It still gives the best results over any other brand out there and it seals out humidity that causes hair to revert back to curly after the flat iron. I noticed some reviews mentioning a burnt smell, not so smooth results or a sticky feeling after using the product. This happens when the hair is not completely clean. Product build up is a thing. Shampoo more than once and use a clarifying shampoo prior to using this because it’s all you need. No oils, no leave-ins, no serums prior to color wow and styling. You can add oil or a serum after you are done not before and you’ll get the amazing results you’re looking for. Also, apply liberally means EXACTLY that! Apply it everywhere and not sparingly. I typically towel dry to 50%, detangle, section, and apply the product to nearly 80% just shy of dripping then go in with the blow dryer and a round brush under tension. Once it’s completely dry I pass through each section again with a flat iron on medium-high heat two or three times. This product has heat protectant in it and it’s heat activated you MUST use heat. If you aren’t getting silky smooth, shiny, full of body hair you probably aren’t using the product correctly or you need to get help during the styling so you can keep tension on your hair during the drying process. My daughter’s hair stays shiny and moves freely like a salon silk press for a week before it starts to get greasy from her natural oils from her scalp. We wrap it at night and that’s it. I never have to touch up before it’s time to wash it. Hopefully, this helps troubleshoot.If it’s sticky, shampoo until there’s absolutely nothing on your scalp or hair and only apply color wow.If it’s not smooth, keep tension on your round brush while blow drying.If it smells burnt, that’s your hair. Apply it liberally (meaning drown it) it’s a heat protectant you need that to keep your hair from burning.

I bought this back in Feb and tried it a few times with rather disappointing results. I thought maybe the directions were a little exaggerated and I used it like other leave in products. Sprayed it into my hair, combed through, applied my usual anti-frizz serum and then blow dried as usual flipping my hair upside down. THIS IS NOT IT!A fewWeeks ago I tried it again because my hair was just a frizzy dry mess. I decided to follow the directions to the letter.I sectioned my towel dried hair that was still pretty wet. Sprayed each section LIBERALLY, like, more than I thought I ever should and combed each section through before moving on to the next. I skipped any other product in my hair which kind of terrified me.I let air dry a bit before blow drying with my giant air brush, again, going in sections and using tension and high heat.I was literally floored by the results! My hair was soft, felt like silk, was SUPER smooth and INSANELY shiny!!!!Since using this product the right way, my super dry, frizzy, crunchy hair has been the complete opposite. My co-workers all thought I had gotten my hair done at a salon, had my hair colored, had my hair cut….none of which has happened.My hair is easier to style and curl, it has bounce and movement. It glistens without looking oily.My only criticism is the design of the bottle. It’s not very ergonomic and the nozzle spins and I’ll lose my grip on it throughout application. So, I transferred the product into a different spray bottle that is much easier to hold while spraying.The moral of this story ladies and gentlemen is that you MUST follow the directions!! I can’t stress that enough. When they call it a coat, they mean it. Each section of your hair needs to be coating thoroughly and absolutely saturated by the product. Just spraying it into your hair isn’t going to do the trick. You also need heat with tension. Just blow drying won’t do it.Yes it takes a bit more time, but the results in applying it and blow drying correctly are worth it.I don’t notice a scent really.My hair just smells clean. I also notice my hair doesn’t get as oily as quickly. I was also surprised that no other products were needed at all. No leave in condition, no oil, serum nothing.

I think this is a great product and I've seen how well it works on others, but I just haven't had the same results myself. I have very fine hair that is prone to frizzing like crazy, it's a very difficult texture to work with in the summer (well, pretty much all year it's difficult to work with, but doubly so in the summer). I was so hoping this product would be a game changer, but I just can't quite give it five stars.I used a good amount of the product and combed it all through my hair to make sure everything was saturated with it. I was pleasantly surprised that even when you use a lot of this product, it does not weigh your hair down or make it greasy AT ALL. That really shocked me, I thought for sure it would end up greasy from using that much. I rough dried my hair until it was about 80% dry and then switched over to a blow dry brush to get the heat/tension combo needed to achieve the smoothest end result. It was a definite improvement over my usual routine, but I still ended up with frizz as the day went on.I waited until I had washed my hair a few times before trying it again and have used it about four or five times now since I got it, it says the product lasts through 3-4 shampoos. While it does help on the subsequent washes until it washes out completely, it gets frizzier each day. I was curious what would happen if you used it daily, but since it does seem to be a product that coats and bonds to your hair (even lasting through shampooing) I was hestitant to try that. Even if it doesn't feel like there's anything on your hair, I didn't want to end up with a bunch of build up that could end up making my hair feel or look weird. I did use it after washing only one time on a couple of days and didn't notice that it made it feel weighted down, but also wasn't any smoother.The other odd thing with this product is that there isn't a scent to it, but it makes your hair smell strange. I have no idea how to describe the smell other than that it reminds me of the smell of people after being outside in the wind, it's just not a pleasant scent and it's so weird that there is no scent to the product but that's how it makes your hair smell. I think I'm like most women in that I want my hair to smell nice, but this product is going to do the opposite. My hair doesn't even smell like my shampoo after using this product, it's like it wipes out that scent and replaces it with.....whatever you'd call this weird smell.I'll use this until the bottle is gone, but I really don't think it's something I'd purchase again. I think it's still overall a good product based on the results I did see and I would still recommend others to try it, I know I have a very difficult hair texture and I think it would be a great product for people with a different texture of hair, but it's just not for me.
