Just got it recently and only began using it two days ago. Let me just say, it is highly effective. The specific regimen I have used to improve the appearance of acne has been using Differin adapalene gel with the led mask.I apply the gel and let it absorb for about 10 to 20 minutes. The mask instructions recommend applying serums and then using the mask to enhance absorption and effectiveness of the serums you’re using. In my observation, it does exactly that.I had a big break out for some reason which prompted me to get my *ahem* bottom and start using this mask. It definitely made the effective adapalene gel that much more effective. The break out I had was pretty bad but the combination of the gel and this mask was highly effective. Acne outbreak tamed! In two days. I’m not saying totally gone, but very much under control.So I apply the gel then red light. Then blue light. Then dark spot corrector. Then green light for further dark spot/hyperpigmentation fading.
